How we work

Each student is given economic support, training and specific tools to help them develop their potential according to their professional search, promoting the integral development of each student.

The students are assigned:

  1. A monthly sum of money (honour loan), calculated considering the expenses generated by the course itself and the student’s need for funds.
  2. A tutor, that helps the student throughout his course, giving him support and guidance. The students present their tutors with a report on their expenses and the grades obtained.
  3. Workshops and training programs. These are effective tools for the integral development of the beneficiaries, their social and professional inclusion.

EsPC tutors are professionals from different fields, very committed to the program, who offer their time as volunteers to help the students and the Foundation, being a key part of the development of this program.
Given the program is based on honour loans, the beneficiaries commit themselves to return the Money they receive once they graduated and have started working. This in turn will give other people the chance to pursue a career.
